Mr. Cline has 20+ years of experience conducting complex excavation, trenching, specialty demolition, site improvement, and grading projects. His initial focus with Power One specialized in the entertainment, medical, and public works markets throughout the entire Southern California Region. In recent years that scope has expanded to include areas in Ventura County, doing major clean up of fire ravaged areas, and as far North as San Francisco. Most recently he has seen the company go through the rigorous compliance challenges of work at Local and International Airports. He maintains all current industry and safety educational certificates and licensing. His primary responsibilities include management of all company resources, support and oversight for all Power One staff and projects, maintaining a culture that emphasizes safety, and always placing our client’s satisfaction as a top priority.
SoCal Operations Manager
Mr. Adams has over 29 years’ experience in the construction industry, and over 15 years as a project manager. Mr. Adams determines needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Planning all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, while maintaining quality control, site safety and client satisfaction.
Ms. Webb started as an administrative assistant for Power One and was promoted to project coordinator after 5 months. In this position, she provides assistance in areas of project assessment, financial management, outreach, marketing, web product development, process contracts and change orders, obtain and maintain certificates of insurance, file preliminary liens, responsible for maintaining large working files as supporting documentation for estimating, take off’s, maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures, as well as organizing, attending and participating in operations meetings. Ms. Webb has 3 years’ experience in the construction field and has completed the construction management course at Fullerton College in 2019.
NorCal Operations Manager
Mr. Sargenti has over 20 years’ experience in environmental construction and demolition services. He negotiates and provides written records of project costs, credits, and change orders. Performs oversight of all stages of demolition from asbestos and lead survey collection and sample collection through disposal sampling, permits remediation of hazardous substances and materials, structural demolition, and off-haul of demolition materials. Implements job specific health and safety plans and writes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Mr. Sargenti is a licensed DOSH Certified Contractor and currently holds the following licenses A-General Engineering, B-General Building, C-21-Demoliton, C-22Asbestos Abatement, C-61- Oil Field Work, C-34-Pipeline, ASB-Asbestos, HAZ-Hazardous Substance Removal.
Mr. Castillo graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Erick joined Power One in 2016. With 8+ years’ experience Erick is responsible for estimating, project management, client management/development, and the overall success of all Power One demolition and excavation projects.
Controller / HR
Ms. Gross has 30+ years of work experience between 2 professions – The Mortgage Industry and Accounting. Clearly “numbers” are her thing! She joined Power One in February 2018 and has held various rolls including Payroll Manager, Union Liaison, HR Manager, etc. In June 2019 her roll expanded to include all those duties, as well as AR/AP. She enjoys learning more about all areas of the construction industry so that she may continue to tailor her expertise in accounting to be as efficient and effective as possible.
